Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package the Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the watch's condition and movement integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
